A political career defined by experience & integrity

Bill entered politics with a deep passion for public service, representing his constituents at the highest levels of government. Over the years, he served in various parliamentary committees, including:

Principles over politics

In 2007, Bill took a bold stand by voting against his own party’s budget, believing it would negatively impact his Constituents in Cumberland-Colchester by violating the Atlantic Accord. This decision cost him his place in the Conservative caucus, but he remained committed to representing the best interests of his constituents, demonstrating his integrity and unwavering leadership.
